federal government puts an end to sea-cage salmon aquaculture in BC, Nova
Scotia is the newest industry frontier for this out-of-date, pollutive business
model. Provincial leaders are prepared to enable a fourfold expansion in salmon
farming operations, with industry players looking to increase production from
20 million to 80 million pounds of farmed fish annually. </span><span></span>
