The primary goal of this job is to a build a team that focuses on empowering youth with an entrepreneurial mindset to meet the day-to-day demands of this eco-tourism operation on the Halifax Boardwalk. Goals include the supervision and assistance in the successful fulfillment of bike rental and tour orders and reservations from start to finish in a way that maximizes client satisfaction while creating a diverse, team-oriented, safe, and supportive environment for all team members and the proper care of our bike inventory and day-to-day store operations on the very busy Halifax Boardwalk.<br />
