AUDITION NOTICE

Headlines is looking for an Equity  performer who has strong theatre and
movement ability
to play a  Latino male character in an upcoming production on privatization
of water called: THIR$TY.

This play is a very physical collaborative creation between David
Diamond (Headlines¹ AD) and Kathryn Ricketts, AD of MainDance
and Plan B Dance. The set is a three-inch deep pool of water so performers
must be willing to get wet!

Part of the story is located in Bolivia.

Rehearsals begin: February 11, 2002 (for 5 weeks)
Preview Performance: March 21, 2002
Closing Night: April 7, 2002

Auditions will IN VANCOUVER and will be a combination of movement and
reading from the script (no prepared monologues are required). Actor
salaries are above Equity minimums. The ability to tour is a necessity.
