AUDITION NOTICE

 Theatre Projects is Manitoba's only professional company dedicated
 solely to the development of new works. Now in our 12th season, we
 produce works by emerging and established Manitoba playwrights. We
 are casting for four actors (2 male, 2 female) for Colour of Vowels
 by Jaik Josephson. This is a workshop production to be staged at the
 Gas Station Theatre on May 24 and 25, 2002. The Colour of Vowels is
 named after one of Arthur Rimbaud's poems, the play explores the
 life of this highly enigmatic darling of the bohemian poetry salons
 in 19th century Paris.  The production will combine the use of text
 with movement. Director is Chris Gerrard-Pinker. We are looking for
 four actors who are comfortable with movement-based work and who
 have strong vocal abilities. Age not important. To arrange an

 Theatre Projects office in PTE (third floor of Portage Place) if you
 have not done recently (since 1999).
