 AUDITION NOTICE


 Headlines is looking for 4 male and 1 female performers who have strong
 theatre and movement ability for an upcoming production on privatization of
 water called: THIR$TY.

 This play is a very physical collaborative creation between David Diamond
 (Headlines¹ AD) and Kathryn Ricketts, AD of MainDance and Plan B Dance. The
 production will not be audience-interactive. The set is a three-inch deep
 pool of water so performers must be willing to get wet!

Part of the story is located in Bolivia. We are actively seeking resumes
 from performers for Central/South Americans, First Nations characters and
 encourage submissions from a diversity of performers.

 Rehearsals begin:     February 11, 2002 (for 5 weeks)
 Preview:        March 21, 2002
 Close:            April 7, 2002

 The ability to tour is a necessity.

 Auditions will be October 20 and will be a combination of movement
and reading from the script.
