ACTORS NEEDED FOR 2002 TORONTO FRINGE PRODUCTION
(6 performances between July 3-14, 2002)

Interzone Productions is currently seeking

4-6 male actors (ages 25-40)
3-5 female actors (ages 25-40)

for a production of "THE TOURIST" - a new work by José Teodoro,
an award-winning Albertan playwright, and directed by Sam Hancock, a
local award-deserving director.

"THE TOURIST" is set within a city that was once great but has been
polluted with garbage and the scourge of rock & roll. Through this
landscape, our hero must find his way.
"THE TOURIST" is a play that questions the solidity of identity in
the grand tradition of Burroughs, Strindberg, and Franz Friday.
"Take a trip, man."

Rehearsals will begin in May and you must be available for both
weeknights and weekends.

Auditions will be held in downtown Toronto on Sunday April 21st
between noon & 3pm and on Tuesday April 23rd between 6 & 9pm. (There
may be additional time slots after 9pm)

Prepare a short monologue.
(drama  or comedy - no Shakespeare please!)

your audition.

This is not a paid gig, but there will be opportunities for profit sharing.
