Voice-mail Update

CAEA is currently in the process of changing our telephone service
provider and due to technical difficulties during this transition, we
have lost voicemail service in the Western Office until Friday August
23rd when the new system is scheduled for installation. While we do not
anticipate complications, it is possible that there will be a brief
disruption in general phone service Friday morning in the Western
office.

Currently, Ian, Ingrid, and Kerry can be reached during regular business
hours at (604) 682-6173, and faxes can be sent to (604) 682-6174.
However, callers will not be able to leave messages outside of office
hours.  

We look forward to restoring the voice mail system as soon as possible,
and apologize for any inconvenience caused over the next few days, and
thank everyone in advance for your patience.

always, in the event of an emergency outside of regular office hours,
please contact the national office of Equity at 1-800-387-1856 and
follow the prompts.
