NATIONAL THEATRE SCHOOL SEEKS
NEW SCENOGRAPHY PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Montreal, February 13, 2002 - The National Theatre School of Canada (NTS) is
seeking an established, respected scenic designer to lead its Scenography
Program.

This person will be responsible for selecting students, choosing artists to
guest-teach at the School, and the co-ordination and planning of the course
of training and design work for the School's public performances. The
director must also be bilingual since the NTS Scenography Program is taught
in English and French. The entire section consists of roughly 20 students
who are chosen in national auditions.

Applications should be received by March 11th, 2002, and sent to the
National Theatre School, care of the selection committee
