Job offer:

Youtheatre, Montréal's oldest professional English-language theatre company is looking for a Stage Manager (with additional Production Manager duties) for a 28 week contract (including two weeks paid vacation at Christmas) from September 16 2002 to March 29 2003.

Next season, the company will tour to the Imperial Theatre in Saint-John New Brunswick, followed by a two week school tour of remote regions in Québec. The company then performs a two week run in Toronto at the Lorraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People before coming back to Montreal for a three-week school tour in and around the city.

After the Christmas break, the company will produce two high school shows (one in English, the other in French) in both mainstage and school venues.

We are looking for a dynamic, ressourceful individual, adaptable, resilient, professional and efficient. A sense of humour is always appreciated. The individual would be willing to make a commitment to Youtheatre's next season.
