Kaeja d'Dance is hiring for a full-time Director of Marketing & Development. The position commences September 1st, 2002. Kaeja d'Dance is a moving force on the Canadian contemporary dance scene. Company activities include choreography, education & outreach, dance & film festivals, film creation, international & national touring, & residencies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with financial development & fundraising, marketing & media relations, promotion & publicity, event planning, tour development, web authoring, a strong sense of graphic design, & will have a high level of computer skills, preferably Macintosh. The position demands a person who is highly organized & motivated, able to multi-task, thrive in a busy office environment, & who has initiative & drive to take the helm of specific projects. Knowledge of the Canadian dance scene, a university education, & bilingualism (French & English) are assets. Kaeja d'Dance is a registered not-for-profit charitable organization.
