General Audition Notice

Equity and Non-Equity

Kaleidoscope Theatre - Lesile Bland, Artistic Director

The above 2 Vancouver Island companies will be holding General Equity and
Non-Equity Auditions on:
(Audition time priority will be given to Equity Members)

Tuesday, April 2nd 2002
9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Belfry Theatre
1291 Gladstone Ave.
Victoria, BC V8X 1M2

Please show us, as much as possible, a range of what makes you a unique
performer - we are open to being surprised!  For the audition, please have
prepared a total of:

·         2 contrasting pieces no longer than 2 minutes in length each
including one contemporary monologue.
·         One of these pieces could be a song, a classical text or a
movement piece.
(Note that only a portable tape deck will be available for any musical
accompaniment.)

Bring with you 2 updated resumes and photos.

Equity Actors: To book an audition, please contact Salimah at the Belfry at

Non-Equity Actors: Please forward your headshot and resume to the Belfry
Theatre, "General Auditions" before March 21st, after which you will be
contacted to book an audition time.
