AUDITION NOTICE - PLEASE POST
The Vancouver Playhouse Theatre Company in partnership with Victoria's
Belfry Theatre will be holding auditions for our upcoming production of Mary
's Wedding by Stephen Massicotte and directed by Roy Surette.
Relevant dates are as follows (this production will be a touring production
from The Belfry Theatre):
Auditions: April 10 and April 11
The Vancouver Playhouse Production Centre
Victoria: Rehearsals: October 15, 2002
Open: November 7, 2002
Close: December 1, 2002
Vancouver: Rehearsals: January 4, 2003
Open: January 16, 2003
Close: February 8, 2003
This play consists of a cast of two. The two roles are as follows:
Male Female
(18-29) (18-29)
farm boy who goes into battle in WW1, must have fluent English
accent, must
no specific physical type read as young,
innocent
Both Actors should be capable of verbal and physical storytelling

Open: February 27, 2003
Close: March 22, 2003
At this time, auditions will only be held for the following two roles:
Male: 16-25, experience with classical text to play Romeo
Female: 16-25, experience with classical text to play Juliet
