Theatre Emanation, an equity co-op, is producing BOOK OF DAYS, the Canadian
premiere of the latest Lanford Wilson play (Pulitzer prize winning American
playwright). *Book of Days won the American Theatre Critics Association
On Sat May 4th the matinee performance is donating $5 from every ticket to
Gilda's Club of Greater Toronto. Tickets are $20. Come out and support a
great charity and see the Canadian Premiere of an exciting play.

The show:
BOOK OF DAYS is set in a small town dominated by a cheese plant, a
fundamentalist church and a community theatre. When the owner of the cheese
plant dies mysteriously in a hunting accident, Ruth, his bookkeeper,
suspects murder. Cast as the lead in a local production of St. Joan, Ruth
takes on the attributes of her fictional character and launches into a
one-woman campaign to see justice done.
