Equity Showcase Theatre presents The "La", a benefit for the Actors Fund
of Canada. 

Toronto, November 7, 2002 - Equity Showcase Theatre presents The
Classical Lab's The "La".  Featuring actors from EST's The Classical Lab
and facilitated by director Jeannette Lambermont, The "La" will take
place November 19th at 8pm at Lula Lounge, 1585 Dundas St West (1 block
west of Dufferin).

The "La" features a host of acclaimed Toronto actors performing their
favourite classical scenes, everything from Lillian Helman's The
Children's Hour to Othello and Measure for Measure, and is facilitated
by renowned theatre director Jeannette Lambermont.   Being hosted by
Lula Lounge, which is being touted as an "urban oasis" and "one of TO's
most happening parties", The "La" promises to be a fun and entertaining
evening.  AND all in support of the Actor's Fund of Canada, a financial
supply made available to members of Canadian Actors Equity in times of
need!

The "La" will feature Francoise Balthazar, Peter Van Wart, Beth Horton,
Jarrett Wright, Helen Farmer, Lauren Brotman, Melissa Moore, Sarah
Gilchrist and many more.

The "La" is taking place November 19th, 2002 at 8pm 
at Lula Lounge (1585 Dundas St West)
