health of the arts in Toronto.

I'm hoping you will accept my invitation to join Toronto Arts Coalition
- a new initiative dedicated to increasing awareness of the value and
importance of Toronto arts.  The purpose of the Coalition is to give
those who care about the arts--us--a stronger voice.  We need to put
greater resources at the disposal of our artists.  The Coalition will do
