We were saddened to receive the following information regarding Equity
member Patricia Lynn Thomas.

PATRICIA LYNN THOMAS entered into rest as the result of a motor
vehicle accident on Sunday, October 6th, 2002.  Pat leaves behind her
brothers Ted Thomas of Lindsay, ON and John Thomas of Mission, BC.
Very special niece of Jack and Ruth Botting and Marguerite Gamble.
Fondly remembered by Bridget Monaghan and family.  Pat will be forever
remembered by her friends and associates in the Canadian Theatre
community as well as theatre folk in many countries around the world.
Pat will be dearly missed by Diane Thomas and the members of the 
Canine Agility Group.  Friends are invited to a Memorial Service at the
Royal Alexandra Theatre, 284 King Street West, Toronto on Sunday,
October 20th at 9:00 pm. 

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the "SPARKY TRUST FUND",
would be appreciated by the family and friends.  This trust fund has
been
established  to assist animals that have been victims of traumatic
situations.
