Cookin' At The Cookery 
Written and directed by Marion J. Caffey

Actress to play multiple AfriCanadian roles, ranging in age from 10 -
50.  Must be a very strong actress, sing and move well, and have an
excellent musical range that includes Blues and Jazz.    

Those selected to audition must prepare 

2 songs - one up-tempo and one ballad

one contemporary monologue 

an impression of Louis Armstrong.   

Auditions will take place at CanStage, 26 Berkeley, May 15 & 16, 2003.

Rehearsals begin Sept 15, 2003 in Toronto. Show transfers to Manitoba
Theatre Centre, Winnipeg.  Opens in Winnipeg Oct 9.  Opens in Toronto
Nov 3.  Closes in Toronto Dec 2 (possible extension to Dec 20)
