Louise McNally has been teaching Feldenkrais since 1994: 'Awareness thro' Movement'; and 'Functional Integration'. "The Feldenkrais work gave me back - after many years of work and fatigue - my life and vitality, and so I am eager to present it to others. This method is very natural, very subtle and powerfully effective in restoring health, mobility and joy of living."
Tara Cheyenne has been practicing yoga since her introduction to it in 1975 at age 3. Tara has studied in New York, San Francisco, Chile and Vancouver with some of the world's most respected teachers in the Ashtanga and Iyengar Traditions. She has been teaching for the past 5 years. Tara is also a professional modern dancer and actor.
Sandra Head has been teaching singing since 1980. As a musical director, composer and performer Sandra has worked with many of Western Canada's professional theatre companies and is a recipient of a Jessie theatre award for musical direction. Her M. Ed. Paper on the benefits of Alexandra Technique for singers is distributed by AmSat Books.
