KAEJA d'DANCE  is currently seeking a GENERAL MANAGER

KAEJA d'DANCE is a moving force on the Canadian contemporary dance
scene. Company activities include: choreography, dance films, national
and international touring, research, education and residencies.

Qualifications: 
- should have strong communication & management skills
- experience in the arts and the not-for profit sector
- must be highly organized and computer savvy
- motivated and able to multi-task
- take the helm of a busy and growing company
- knowledge of the Canadian dance scene and French language skill are
also an asset

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Financial and administrative operations of the Company
- Grant research, writing & preparation
- Board, Presenter & funder relations
- Communicating with Company artists
- Drafting contracts
- Tour coordination activities
- Overseeing full-time & seasonal employees
- Some accounting & book-keeping
