CASTING CALL

The Arts Club Theatre Company is accepting resumes for its upcoming
production of  JACQUES BREL IS ALIVE AND WELL AND LIVING IN PARIS.


We are looking for singer / performers with very strong singing voices.
The cast consists of 2 men and two women.

The production will be directed by Bill Millerd with musical direction
by Bruce Kellett.  Rehearsals will begin on or about January 17, 2004,
and the show will run at the Granville Island Stage February 13 - March
13, 2004.

Artists who are selected for an audition and who are not known to Mr.
Millerd or Mr. Kellett will be asked to prepare one chorus of two
contrasting songs (one ballad and one up tempo) from the musical theatre
repertoire.  Those artists whose work is known to the directors and who
are selected for an audition will be asked to prepare a song from the
show.

Resumes will be accepted until the end of business on Friday, June 27,
2003. Please do not submit resumes by fax or email.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. 
Equity members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity
form of contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
