Equity Showcase Theatre is looking for actors for its fall production of Three Storey, Ocean View by Catherine Banks, directed by Pamela Halstead. 

It is the story of three generations of women who arrive back in small town Nova Scotia looking to find a new life. In the house that they are considering buying we see the stories unfolding of the occupants of the same house over the last 30 years. The struggles for happiness, love and forgiveness. 

Rehearsals start September 2 with show opening in mid-October and running for two weeks. Auditions will be held in Toronto at EST in mid-July. Characters yet to be cast/confirmed are as follows:

Ruth (61) has Alzheimer's disease, returning to her childhood hometown in a state of confusion, worried for her daughter and granddaughter, still carries a great secret
Zoë (14) her granddaughter, angry over her parents divorce, rebellious, does not want to move
Enid (61) childhood friend of Ruth's, appears throughout all the stories spanning a 30 year period
Bonnie (39) obese, depressed, severe allergy to lobster, kills herself, death by lobster 
Cindy (13)- Bonnie's daughter, mulatto, her Mother's main caregiver, finds her mother
David (30's)- studied as a French teacher, working as a fisherman instead, is marrying another fisherman's recent widow, considered very bad luck
Beulah (45)- pain in the ass mother-in-law, would like custody of her grandson 
Lud (53)- debilitated by a stroke, old geezer 
Carol (50)- Lud's long-suffering wife, finally fights back 
Marsha (17)- green hair, rebellious child of the 80's, angry, gets her revenge
