Storytelling Body

Professional Development Workshop (supported by the CAEA PD committee)

A physical theatre and "Jeu" workshop using the techniques and
approaches of master teacher Jacques Lecoq.  Through improvisation and
development of a sense of physical precision, the workshop will help to
reveal the participant's own diverse capabilities for physical
storytelling beginning with re-finding the basic pleasure to play and
invent.  The workshop will culminate with a presentation of short pieces
created over the 2 day workshop. 
 
Taught by Ann-Marie Kerr (Toronto), Peter Bramley (London, England)and
Luke Kernaghan (London, England). 

2 day workshop - September 14 at Dovercourt House and September 21 at
Guild Room - Equity Showcase
12noon - 6pm both Sundays

$50 for CAEA members
$200 for non-CAEA members
