Theatre Gargantua

General Call for Actors - Female 
Production: Raging Dreams - into the visceral

Theatre Gargantua is a dynamic, professional Toronto-based theatre
company, committed to the development and performance of imagistic,
physical music theatre. Since 1992, our company of energetic performers
has been offering compelling and original theatrical experiences. Fusing
text, movement, design and original music, the company has garnered
critical acclaim, as well as 21 Dora Award nominations and awards for
outstanding new play, direction, production, music, set and lighting
design.

Performers interested in working with the company should be in very good
physical condition, able to sing (please indicate range) and have a
strong interest in creating original, innovative theatre. This is a
three week contract beginning April 19th and ending May 9th 2004.

Actors seen within the last year need not reapply.  Auditions to be held
Wednesday April 7th, Callbacks Thursday April 8th.

members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
