Keith Johnston Workshop - Improvisation Intensive - Toronto
-------------------------------------------------------------

Immerse yourself in improvisation for 5 days with internationally renown
improv guru Keith Johnstone. This course, open to ALL skill levels, will
explore fear of failure, doing your "best", inspiring your partner,
saying "No", as well as Keith's theories and practices which are in use
by theatre professionals  around the world. 

This course offers a safe, professional environment for those who are
interested in more than "light comedy". It is ideal for the experienced
improviser who wants to challenge their perceptions of improv work, for
the beginner who wants a strong foundation in solid improv theory and
practice, as well as for the actor who wants to stretch themselves in
other directions. Writers and directors also find this work extremely
useful as it explores narrative structure and how fear affects the
actor.

(with a possible invited, workshop performance for interested
participants the evening of the 26th)
