Stage West Calgary offers CAEA members tickets at 50% off each Tuesday
during the run of "Grease".  The show opened November 18 and runs to
February 14, 2005.  Directed by Di Nyland Proctor, the cast includes
equity members Dawn Bergstrom, Matthew Boden, Tory Doctor, Caden
Douglas,  Michelle Doyle, Katherine Fadum, Heidi Ford, Alvaro Gonzalo,
Johanna Guistini, Ashleigh Ireland, Jeff Irving, Kathryn Kerbes, Robert
Klein, Michael Lomenda, Jeff Madden, Melanie McInenly, Colin Maier,
Cleopatra Williams, with apprentices Scott McAdam, Lynley Engh, Ellen
Chorley and Serge Charlebois.  Co directed by Alan Craik, the show is
stage managed by Sean Ellis, ASMd by Darcy Foggo, with apprentice Stage
Manager Michael Gesy.  Set design by Robert Shannon, costume design by
Wes D. Pearce, Lighting design by Doug Rathbun, wig design by Henryk
Rajner.  Musical direction by Stefan Hengst.

Obsidian's star-studded fundraising event returns for its fifth
anniversary.  

Come and hear the vocal fireworks of singers Jeff Jones, Robert Owen,
Jackie Richardson, Denis Simpson, Arlene Duncan, Billy Newton-Davis,
Satori Shakoor, Divine Earth Essence and Shakura S'Aida. 

Groove to the Island sounds of Pan Piper Hameed Shaqq and the St.
Lucian/Canadian humour of comic Gilson Lubin. 

Obsidian Artistic Director Alison Sealy-Smith will do a timely seasonal
reading and once again the host of the evening is Sandra "the woman with
the most fabulous dresses" Caldwell.

Joyful Night is guaranteed to jump start your holiday season with
laughter, delight and fabulous music.
