Customer Service Coordinator for CanStage	      
Full Time Position
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.  Working directly
with the Customer Service Representatives, and other departments within
CanStage regarding ticketing related matters.  The Customer Service
Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of service,
continued smooth operations of the Box Office/Customer Service Centre
procedures for subscription, donations and single ticket sales.
Performances take place at the Bluma Appel Theatre within the St.
Lawrence Centre for the Performing Arts and the Berkeley Street Theatre.

Responsibilities include: VIP ticket orders, process donations and tax
receipts, process orders obtained through the call centre department and
respond to inquiries.  Assist with new staff training and development,
assist with staff scheduling and contribute to information sharing.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve situations in the Box Office/Customer
Service Centre.  Back up support for over the counter and incoming
telephone ticket sales. 

Required: Exceptional customer services skills with highly developed
organizational skills.  Computer skills.  Previous Box Office/Customer
Service Centre experience would be an asset.      

A flexible work schedule is required.  Box Office/Customer Service
Centre hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am until 6pm (8pm on
performance nights).
