AUDITIONS - VANCOUVER

Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival
will be holding General Auditions in Vancouver on August 16, 17, 18,
2004.

Interested Actors should forward a current head shot, resume and a brief
cover letter on or before Tuesday, August 3, 2004 by mail to:

Submission may be hand delivered to the Bard on the Beach Box Office in
Vanier Park.

Please Note: Submissions by fax or e-mail will NOT be accepted.

Please be advised that Bard receives a large number of submissions each
year, and as such is unable to offer audition times to all who apply.
Preference will be given to actors who have not had a General Audition
in the last two years.

For those selected for an audition, please prepare: Two contrasting
Shakespeare monologues (2 min. max each) and a short verse (30 sec. max)
of an unaccompanied melodic song. 

Casting Auditions for our 2005 Season will take place later in the fall.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
