Instructor: RH Thomson
Renowned actor and director, RH Thomson brings his unique approach to
acting, using scene work from the contemporary and classical repertoire.
Participants will be expected to do a considerable amount of rehearsing
outside of class time.  This is not a class for beginner actors.
Significant training and professional experience is required.

Instructor: Daryl Cloran
A workshop for experienced actors.  Over the 8 sessions, we will dig
into scenes from great modern writers (both Canadian and International).
The workshop will explore diverse styles of contemporary writing -
everything from Mamet to Albee, Neil LaBute to Caryl Churchill, Adam
Pettle to Judith Thompson.  This is not a "How to Act" Class.  It's an
opportunity for a group of actors to crack open scenes from great
contemporary plays and bring them to life.  A chance for actors to
challenge and stretch themselves in an environment of honest feedback
and encouragement.  Scene partners will be assigned and participants
will prepare work for the first class.  Rehearsal outside class time is
essential.
