A seminar for artists

Paula Ravitz, M.D.

Dr. Paula Ravitz is a psychiatrist and  psychotherapist who, as a former
dancer/choreographer, has first-hand knowledge of the challenges artists
experience in creating balance in their lives.  
 
Paula's guest, Karen Kaeja, is an accomplished dancer and educator known
for her innovative choreography, and who, as a mother of two,
understands the challenges of balancing multiple roles and
responsibilities.
 
Together, Paula and Karen will discuss and explore: 
 
 - managing acute stress
 - creating  balance and integration in one's life
 
Participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing.
Registration: 12:30 p.m.
Seminar:  1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
at the Al and Malka Green Artists' Health Centre
