OPERA Patch Now Available for the Equity CD ROM
--------------------------------------------------

The Opera Agreement, the Independent Opera Producers Agreement, the
Vancouver Opera Agreement and the Canadian Opera Agreement have all been
updated and are now available to download as a patch from the Equity web
site to the 2004 Equity CD ROM.

Members must have a copy of the 2004 version before the patch can be
downloaded.

CAEA members in good standing are eligible to receive this time-saving
tool free of charge so please ensure that your November dues payment has
been processed before contacting the office if you have yet to request
your copy.

Once you have a copy of the CD ROM just go to the Equity web site
(WWW.CAEA.COM) to download the patch.

The digital version of Equity's agreements (including the 2003-2006 CTA)
contains a searchable, easy to use help file, and is available for
Windows8 and Macintosh8 (coming soon) computers.

These agreements operate directly from your computer hard-drive or
laptop. Important: if you have an old version of the digital agreements
on your computer, you should remove it first.

All requests are being processed through the National Office. To receive
your copy just send an e-mail to communications at caea.com. Make sure you
include your name, member number and full mailing address. Please allow
up to two weeks for delivery through Canada Post regular mail.

Producers and other interested parties may receive a copy of the Equity
CD ROM for a small charge. Please contact the Communications Department
at Equity if you are interested in purchasing a copy of the CD ROM.
