AUDITION - ORILLIA

The Sunshine Festival will be performing Keep The Home Fires Burning,
The Women who sang the tunes of WW II, from September 13th to October
15th, 2005, in the Stubley Auditorium at Saint James Church in Orillia.
Rehearsals begin on August 29th and opening night is the 13th, making it
a seven week contract. The space has 130 seats and we have been granted
a concession to 'F' by Equity.
We are looking for three actors, all female; women who have a physical
resemblance and vocal style to Kate Smith, Dame Vera Lynn and Giselle
Mackenzie.
Auditions will be at Manor Road United Church, corners of Manor Road and
Foreman Avenue in Toronto from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Thursday March
10th. We will be accepting resumes up to Thursday, March 3rd and will be
phoning those we wish to see on Friday March 4th. We will accept resumes
by mail or by e-mail. Faxed resumes will not be considered.
Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
