JOB - STAGE MANAGER - TORONTO

Actors Repertory Company (ARC) is seeking an Equity Stage Manager for
its production of "Family Stories - Belgrade", by Biljana Srbljanovic,
directed by Aleksandar Lukac.  Family Stories will play at
Harbourfront's Studio Theatre from September 20 to October 9, 2005.

Prep week begins August 15, rehearsal begins August 22, first preview
September 20 and closing on October 9.  Total engagement is from August
15 to October 9 (8 weeks), 2005.

This will be the Canadian English premiere of this celebrated play by
Serbia's most prominent playwright, Biljana Srbljanovic.  A major
success in theatres throughout Europe, FAMILY STORIES is a powerful
piece that examines the devastation in Belgrade in the aftermath of the
NATO bombings.  A "slapstick tragedy" that has dazzled audiences around
the world.

Actors Repertory Company intends to apply to Equity to produce "Family
Stories - Belgrade" under the Independent Artists Projects ("Indie")
Policy.
