JOB-CULTURAL FACILITY MANAGER-MEAFORD

Meaford Hall is the Arts and Cultural centre for the Municipality of Meaford, Ontario. The facility contains a 400 seat theatre, 2500 square feet of gallery space, and a 1200 square foot multi-purpose room, opening onto a patio. The facility is home to the Georgian Theatre Festival, a professional, summer theatre company.

 

Meaford Hall requires a professional cultural facility manager will be a dynamic administrator with the business and cultural vision to sustain the growth of the facility, with a background in arts administration, marketing, and fundraising. 

 

Qualifications include a degree in arts management together with substantial experience as a senior manager of the arts. Management within several of the main arts areas will be a definite asset.

 

The successful candidate will have demonstrated a good working knowledge of financial, human resource, marketing and sales management. The successful candidate will have superior communication and presentation skills and will have demonstrated team leadership qualities.
