Real Estate is a new romantic comedy by Allana Harkin. The four characters may be as described below:

JOEL, m, 30s - 40s, divorced, writer, stuck, selling his home.
EMMA, f, 30s - 40s, eager, perky, new real estate salesperson. single, fancies herself as a Feng Shui expert.
ESTELLE, f, 30s - 40s, Joel's ex, "attractive but not the 'fashion label' that Joel describes".
TED, m, 30s - 40s, sells cosmetics, "smartly dressed with perfect hair".
