burnin red productions presents "Mad 5" for the Toronto Fringe Theatre
Festival for, July 7th-17th of 8 performances.

Caught in a cycle of murder and hauntings, booze-hound Belly and sex-god
Decker are looking for new roommates. Pregger-pod Max is convinced she's
condemned her unborn babe to toxic life on this doomed planet.

In walk, the twins - Vivian and Jacob - they've scored a sweet deal.
Low rent. Spacious living. Three creepy housemates? No biggy. That's
just living in the city. Anxieties rise. Nightmares creep alive. Secrets
and lies. Exposure. Disclosure. Who ordered Falafels? Sucked into
madness. 

The way to the rainbow is through the dark storm. Will they all make it
to the other side in time? Each story has two sides.

Jigsaw Casting is seeking for an ensemble cast:

1)Decker- Male, 20's. Rock star type. 

2) Belly- Female, 40's-50's. She's a round sexy 'mama' who's very
comfortable with her body. Not only is she the landlord, but a psychic.
Do not limit based on body type. 

3) Vivian- Female, 20's. She's a girly girl. Pretty but slightly odd. 

4) Jacob- Male, 20's. Indie music boy.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, May 14th 2005. Actors will be asked
to do a cold read from selected scenes of the play. A monologue is also
welcome but not a necessity. You will be contacted with an audition time
and place.

Equity members participating in this production will be signed to a
Fringe waiver and all net proceeds from the production will be divided
equally among the participants.
