STRATFORD ADDENDUM UP FOR RATIFICATION BY MEMBERSHIP 
------------------------------------------------------ 

Ratification packages have been mailed to Equity members in good
standing who worked under the Stratford Addendum to the CTA during the
term of the last Agreement. A ratification ballot and a copy of the
proposed changes to the 2006 - 2009 Agreement, including detailed
explanatory notes, are on the way to the eligible voting membership.

Equity members who are currently away from home or who have recently
moved and not yet updated their mailing address with the Association
should contact Equity's national office for further information.

Any eligible voter who does not receive a ballot by January 2, 2007 is
encouraged to contact Equity's national office for assistance.

In order to be sure your ballot is received in time to be counted, mail
your completed ballot not later than Monday, January 15th, 2007. Only
ballots received in Equity's national office prior to 5:00 p.m. EST on
Thursday, January 25th, 2007 will be  counted. 

Results will be announced as soon as possible after the ballot count on
January 26th. 

A copy of the Stratford Addendum ratification package is now available
in the Members Only Zone of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.
