CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - KINCARDINE

Bluewater Summer Playhouse (BSP) is currently accepting resumes for the
following roles in our 2006 Summer Season ... deadline February 10th, 2006
1. *Mary's Wedding* by Stephen Massicotte
Set against the backdrop of The Great War (WWI)
- Female ... Mary ... early 20's - Young, innocent, recently immigrated
to Canada from England ... actor must also play the charismatic male
character, Sergeant Flowerdew (Flowers) who leads the cavalry into the
battle of Moreuil Wood.
- Male ... Charlie ... early 20's - Patriotic, handsome young farmer and
horseman living in Alberta.
2. *My Way: A Musical Tribute To Frank Sinatra* created by David Grapes & Todd Olson
- Male # 1 ... 40's/50's - Baritone, classic sophisticated, charming,
aging crooner, sings many of the Sinatra standards, must move well.
- Male # 2 ... 20's/30's - Lyric Baritone, strong G required, classic
young crooner, comedic type, must move well.
- Woman # 1 ... 30's/40's - Mezzo Soprano with strong belt, torch singer
type, a "female version of Frank" - "strong, female belters of the 40's
50's", must move well.
- Woman # 2 ... 20's/30's - Mezzo Soprano with some Soprano notes, some
belting required, classic ingénue type, must move well.
