AUDITION - VANCOUVER

Carousel Theatre in Vancouver will be holding general auditions on
Saturday, July 29, 2006 for our upcoming 2006/07 season. Actors are
asked to prepare 1 modern monologue suitable for young audiences.

Actors interested in auditioning are asked to send a resume, headshot
and cover letter to:

Submission deadline: July 21, 2006

no submissions by email or fax please.

Actors who have worked with Carole before need not audition, and are
invited to submit an updated resume and letter of interest for specific
roles

The Big League

on tour to elementary schools in BC
Contract dates: September 28, 2006 to May 17, 2007
Cast of 4: 3 males/1 female
*** note: special skills required: hockey and rollerblading

Silverwing
adapted by Kim Selody
from the novel by Kenneth Oppel
Directed by Carole Higgins
at the Waterfront Theatre November 30-December 30, 2006
Contract dates: November 6- December 31, 2006
Cast of 7: 4 female/3 male

The Odyssey
by John Murrell
based on the epic poem by Homer
Directed by Jack Paterson
at the Waterfront Theatre April 11-28, 2007
Contract dates: March 19, April 29, 2007
Cast of 9: 6 male/3 female


Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
