Crake Fellowship in Drama
The Crake Fellow will contribute to a non-conservatory Drama programme,
and to an extensive season of theatrical production, in a highly
respected undergraduate university that also has programmes in Music and
Fine Arts.
1. The Fellow, an artist scholar with a minimum qualification of an MFA
or equivalent experience, will be asked to direct a production,
supervise student projects, contribute to courses taught by permanent
faculty, and provide leadership in other ways appropriate to her/his
expertise and experience. The Fellow will be on campus during the
regular academic session (September 1 -April 30), will be appointed for
one eight-month term with a possibility of renewal for one year, and
will receive $21,000 plus benefits and an allowance of up to $3,500 to
cover moving and expenses related to research and/or creative activity.
