MONITORING REPORTS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

As part of Equity's ongoing efforts to deliver current governance
information to its members, Council's "Monitoring Reports" are now
available in the Members Only zone of EQUITYONLINE at www.caea.com.

Policy Governance requires that Equity Council undertake systematic and
rigorous monitoring of Ends and Executive Limitations Policies.
Monitoring Reports are the standard method that Council uses to
determine whether its expectations are being fulfilled. Monitoring
Reports, prepared by Executive Director Susan Wallace, describe the
Association's actual performance compared to expected performance. Each
report relates to specific policy criteria described in Council's Policy
Governance Document.

Electronic copies of the Monitoring Reports from March are now available
to Equity members who have registered with EQUITYONLINE. New reports
will be added on a regular basis.

If you are an Equity member who has not already logged on to the Members
Only section of EQUITYONLINE you will need your member number (listed on
the front of your membership card, our invoices and receipts) and a
valid email address to activate your access to the site. To receive a
temporary password, please call 1-800-387-1856 or 416-867-9165 (Toronto
only) between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

After you log in for the first time, you will be required to verify your
email address and you must choose a permanent, confidential password
which you will continue to use in future
