EQUIFLASH [URGENT - MANITOBA/NUNAVUT EQUITY COUNCILLOR ELECTION RUN-OFF]

Attention all Manitoba / Nunavut Equity members eligible to vote in the
region's Councillor election run-off:

Equity's recent Council elections resulted in a tie in your region. A
run-off election is underway in order to ensure proper Manitoba /
Nunavut representation when the new Council convenes on November 25th in
Toronto. The two original Councillor candidates Donna Fletcher and Tania
Sigurdson continue to stand for election.

Ballots have been mailed to the Manitoba / Nunavut Equity membership
eligible to vote.  

Ballots must be hand delivered by hand on Monday, November 20th at:
Delta Winnipeg Hotel
Room: Campaign A - 2nd floor
350 St. Mary Avenue
Winnipeg, MB  R3C 3J2
From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. only

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BALLOT PLEASE CONTACT EQUITY'S COMMUNICATION
DIRECTOR LYNN MCQUEEN AT commdir at caea.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Votes will be counted immediately afterwards.

If you cannot attend the meeting, you may give your completed ballot in
its envelopes to anyone to deliver for you.
