URGENT - EQUITY MEMBERS URGED TO MAIL ELECTION BALLOTS BY OCTOBER 20TH

Vote and make your voice heard. All Equity members are encouraged to
cast a ballot in the election of the 2006 - 2009 Council and
Councillor(s) Policy Advisory Groups.

Ballots must be returned to Equity's National Office not later than
Thursday, November 2nd. Ballots should be mailed by Friday, October 20th
to allow for timely delivery.

Only ballots received in Equity's National Office prior to 5:00 p.m. EST
on November 2 will be counted. 

Results will be announced on EQUITYONLINE and through e-drive as soon as
possible after the ballot count on November 3.
