JOB - CHOIR ADMINISTRATOR - TORONTO

Working independently, with minimal direct supervision from the Artistic
Director and the Board of Directors, the Choir Administrator provides a
range of services to the Board of Directors and the Choir to ensure the
smooth operation of RYS.

The average number of hours per week involved will be 10, more in
September as the new choral year gets underway and less over holiday
seasons (Xmas & March break) with about a six week break over the summer

Responsibilities include administrative support; attending rehearsals
(Monday evenings), concerts, workshops and Board meetings; communication
with parents, choristers and the public; supervising volunteers; and
providing information to Board members.

Qualifications needed: computer and internet literacy, strong
organizational, interpersonal, communication and financial management
skills.

Approximate salary $5,500/year
