WORKSHOP DIGEST FOR THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 21

MONTREAL- CAEA PD Fund subsidized NIA TECHNIQUE Classes.
Nia Technique is a personal growth, mind-body-spirit fitness program
combining movements and concepts from Tai Chi, Tae Kwan Do, Aikido, Jazz
Dance, Duncan Dance, Modern Dance, The Alexander Technique, The
Feldenkrais Method, and Yoga. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays:  6pm -7:20 pm.
Dec 18th & 20th
Jan 8th to Feb 14th.

Instructor: Felicia Shulman         Belt Level: White

$70 CAEA members (less than $5/class- 75% less than a regular priced Nia
class)
