THEATRE CALGARY GENERAL AUDITIONS 2007

Theatre Calgary's Artistic Director Dennis Garnhum and Artistic 
Associate Eric Rose will be holding general auditions for artists who 
are not known to them. 

The 2007 General Auditions will be held on the following dates in 
Calgary:

Monday, March 12; Tuesday, March 13; Wednesday, March 14

Please prepare for the General Auditions:
Two contrasting monologues (NO LONGER than 5 minutes in 
combined length). 
OR
One monologue and an alternative option of the artist's choice 
(sing, dance, special skill, combination etc).   Both monologue and 
the alternative option must be NO LONGER than 5 minutes in 
combined length.
   
Deadline for submissions:
Audition packages must be submitted by Friday, March 2nd, 5:00pm. Only
those artists who are invited to audition will be contacted to set-up an
audition time. Please do not call or email our office.

No agency packages please. All artists must submit their own materials.

Theatre Calgary will be announcing their 2007-2008 Season on 
Tuesday, March 20th.  The 2007-2008 Season will be available on our
website (www.theatrecalgary.com) on that date.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition. Non-Equity artists will be seen when and if spaces are
available.

Theatre Calgary is a member of the Professional Association of 
Canadian Theatres, and operates within the jurisdiction of the 
Canadian Theatre Agreement. Equity members cast in any 
production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
