emerging actors the chance to study Audition Technique with the
Citadel's Associate Artistic Director, James MacDonald.

3. SCRIPT ANALYSIS WORKSHOP - TORONTO

Script Analysis for Actors and Directors, with Jeff Culbert. 
We'll study the play Miss Julie, by August Strindberg, looking for the
best choices, from the point of view of actors and directors. A ten-hour
workshop spread over three days, for $75 ($60 for Equity members).
Workshops will be held in the Bathurst/Bloor area of Toronto as follows:

Musical Theatre/Audition Workshop with Deborah Staiman using textual
analysis and other interpretive tools for the "sung monologue". Each
participant's song is analyzed and principles applied.

5. SCENE STUDY WORKSHOPS WITH LEWIS BAUMANDER - TORONTO

This unique set of workshops has an action based focus in the vein of
David Mamet. Simple and straight forward: no misleading buzzwords or
clever theories. You will come to depend more on your own innate
abilities as an actor and become less dependant on "methods" or
"theories" for acting. Lewis' classes begin on a weekly basis Monday
Feb. 19th through Thursday Feb 22nd at Castinglink (at 10 St. Mary 2nd
floor) and run for 6 weeks from 7pm to 10:30pm and are free to audit. 
Classes are limited to 10 students. 
Classes are $300 and $240 for CAEA.
