General Auditions for the 2006-2007 Season

TORONTO AUDITION DATES: JUNE 11, 12, 13, 2007

If you wish to be considered for an audition send your resume photograph
and a covering letter expressing your interest in working at the Sudbury
Theatre Centre.  Clearly state your Equity and/or ACTRA status.  Let us
know if you play a musical instrument well.  STC is a PACT theatre and
operates under the CTA.  STC is a category E House.  This means that the
weekly Equity minimums will apply to all Equity contracts.  Auditions
are by invitation only.  Due to the number of requests we receive, only
those candidates who are invited to audition will be contacted with an
audition time and what to prepare.  If you have an e-mail address please
include it.  We will not accept faxed or e-mailed photos and resumes.
Please do not call the theatre.   Artists who have worked at STC in the
past and wish to return please let us know.  Thank you.

Daniel Singer, Jess Winfield

Contract dates: September 11 to October 14, 2007
3 Male actors, energetic, funny and fearless.  

Tuesdays With Morrie By Jeffrey Hatcher and Mitch Albom

Contract dates: October 16 to November 11, 2007
Morrie: Male actor, to play 65+
Mitch: Male actor to play mid to late 30's

Cinderella By Geofrey Dinwiddie (not a musical -unpublished) this is a
TYA contract

Contract dates:  November 13 to December 16, 2007
1 male actor to play all the male roles
2 female actors to play 35+
2 female actors to play 16-18 
1 female actor to play 20

Rabbit Hole By David Lindsay-Abaire

Contract dates: March 11 to April 6, 2008
1 female actor late 30's
	1 female actor to play late 20's early 30's
	1 female actor to play early to mid 60's
	1 male actor to play early 40's
	1 male actor to play 17

Contract dates: April 15 to May 25, 2008

Singers/Actors/Dancers to play a variety of roles. Some actors will
double as musicians.  IF you play keyboards, electric guitar,
percussion, electric bass, violin or any other instrument well please
let us know.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
