Lunchbox Theatre

Lunchbox Theatre is a unique Calgary cultural institution that has
produced innovative new Canadian plays for 33 years. The company
presents lunchtime theatre in the downtown core and is the
longest-running one-act theatre company in the world.

Lunchbox Theatre will be relocating to new premises in 2008. This
presents an exceptional opportunity for a new management team to oversee
the transition and lead the organization into the next stage of its
development.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager will work
within the artistic and business mandate to ensure the smooth and
successful operation of the theatre. Responsible for the financial and
administrative wellbeing of the company, the General Manager will also
play a key role in assisting with planning and resource development as
the company prepares to move into a new venue. 

Lunchbox Theatre is seeking a skilled practitioner with an
entrepreneurial spirit and strong experience in the performing arts. The
proposed start date for the position is January 2008.
