CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - VANCOUVER

YAYOI THEATRE MOVEMENT will be holding auditions for a production of
SONEZAKI SHINJU, a movement piece adapted from Japanese Kabuki Theatre.
Audition date: October 7th 2007 from 12-4PM at the Dance Centre.
In attendance will be co-creators Yayoi Hirano and Manami Hara.
We are looking for male/female actors with strong movement skills.

Those who are invited to audition will be contacted by September 24th
2007.
In your submission please include your background and experience in
movement and/or Dance.

The company will intend to produce under the terms of the CAEA "Guest
Artist" policy.
Workshop dates: Mid April (1 week)
Rehearsal: October 6th 2008 (3 weeks)
Show dates: October 30th to November 2nd 2008 at the Performance works
on Granville island. 

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
