Equity has engaged Leger Marketing, a leading Canadian market research
company, to survey the membership about services and benefits provided
to Equity members and the prioritised importance of these benefits.

For greater speed and accuracy, the primary survey is being conducted
online. A mail-in survey has been distributed by mail to members for
whom no current email contact is available.

The completion of either survey will take approximately 20 minutes at a
time convenient to you.

This is your chance to let Equity's Council know what you need and what
you think.
